Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital & offline marketing campaigns.
  • Manage social media platforms, content calendars, and community engagement.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to generate quality leads and track performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
  • Assist in branding activities, events, exhibitions, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor analytics for ads, website traffic, and campaign ROI to optimize performance.
  • Prepare weekly & monthly marketing reports for management.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM preferred).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to design and execute marketing ideas.
  • Ability to analyze data and work on performance-driven strategies.
  • Experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong skills may also apply).

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies (digital + offline).
  • Plan, manage & optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.
  • Lead the marketing team — assign tasks, review performance, and ensure timely execution.
  • Oversee brand building, creative concepts, content strategy, and campaign messaging.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitor strategies, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create result-oriented lead generation funnels.
  • Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and prepare monthly performance reports.
  • Maintain strong relationships with agencies, vendors, and advertising partners.
  • Drive PR, events, exhibitions, and partnership initiatives.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong expertise in digital marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM).
  • Experience in campaign planning, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Creative thinking with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in tools: Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM platforms, Canva/Figma (plus point).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of proven experience in marketing; leadership experience preferred.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, structural engineers, and project managers.
  • Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and work schedules.
  • Conduct quality checks of materials, workmanship, and safety practices at the site.
  • Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure work is completed within deadlines.
  • Maintain site records — daily reports, material consumption, manpower, and work logs.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide on-site guidance to contractors and workers.
  • Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety norms, and regulatory requirements.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of civil construction, structural drawings, and site execution.
  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret architectural & structural plans.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of MS Project or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, quality-oriented approach, and ability to manage site challenges.

Qualifications

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 1–5 years of site experience (freshers may be considered for junior roles).
